Our Policies

thatPicasso provides service to you with the following conditions. When you visit our site, or shop at our store for apparel, jewelry and other merchandise, you accept these conditions of use:

 

Custom Design Requests:

A $25 non-refundable fee may be required to provide a custom design created by thatPicasso. The $25 will be applied to your final purchase. Designs are the sole property of thatPicasso and may not be used in any other capacity and/or on any garments, documents, or websites without our explicit written permission.

 

Turn-Around Time:

Our merchandise is made to order. It takes 7-10 business days (M-F) to create and ship orders placed on the website (custom orders will receive a turn-around time based on the current work queue). In certain circumstances, orders can be completed sooner based on availability of supplies and materials and will be shipped accordingly. (Infrequently used/ordered colors are not kept in stock and must be shipped. The time stated above is to receive any materials that must be ordered/shipped to accommodate your order.)

For example, crystal (clear), red, and green rhinestones are used very often and large quantities are kept in our workshop. However, purple or orange rhinestones are used rarely and are not ordered until an order is placed requiring rhinestones in that color.

 

Shipping:

We ship Priority Mail® via USPS across the Continental United States. Transit time varies from 1-3 days based on your distance from our workshop in Atlanta, GA, and the population of your city. For more detailed information, please visit: https://www.usps.com/priority-mail/map/

If you need your items shipped faster, please contact us BEFORE placing your order at ajames@thatpicasso.com.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside of the Continental United States. Our apologies for any inconvenience. 

 

Risk of Loss:

Purchases made with thatPicasso are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrectly provided mailing address.

 

Return Policy:

Due to our wide selection of shirt colors and styles, each of our products is specially made-to-order per your specifications and we cannot accept merchandise returns or exchanges. We do however want our customers to be satisfied with our merchandise. If an error was made by thatPicasso, we will re-make your order. The determination of error will be reviewed by thatPicasso and determined  based on the finished product in comparison to the order. Notification of such errors must be sent to: ajames@thatpicasso.com for review. Please send a photo of your order. Our team will review your request and notify you of our determinaiton. The original item must be returned in order for a replacement.

 

Quality Guarantee:

All of our products are quality guaranteed. It is very rare for crystals/vinyl to come loose from the shirts. If this does happen, we will be happy to replace or repair any defects from normal wear. We recommend that the shirt be turned inside out before washing (hand or machine), using cold water (no bleach) and low heat in the dryer - this will insure they look their best for a long time! Please do not dry clean. Change in Policy:

We reserve the right to change our policies at any time, witout notice. All versions of our policies are kept on file, and the policy that was intact at the time of your order will apply in the event of an issue.
